Refund Policy
At Aluna Journal, we are dedicated to providing our customers with a satisfying and enjoyable experience using our online journaling platform. We understand the importance of offering a reliable service that caters to the diverse needs of our customers. With this in mind, we have established the following refund policy to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our users.
Trial Period Refunds
We are pleased to offer a 14-day trial period for all new users of the Aluna Journal platform. During this trial period, customers can explore and experience the full range of features and benefits provided by our online journaling service. If, for any reason, a customer decides they do not wish to continue using the platform within the 14-day trial period, we will provide a full refund.
To be eligible for a trial period refund, the customer must:
a. Be a first-time user of the Aluna Journal platform.
b. Cancel their subscription within the 14-day trial period.

Refunds After the Trial Period
Once the trial period has ended, we do not offer refunds for any payments made in connection with a customer's subscription to the Aluna Journal platform. However, customers may cancel their subscription at any time to avoid future charges.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving a refund request from a customer who meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the initial purchase. Depending on the customer's financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on their statement.
Exceptions
In certain cases, we may consider refund requests made after the 14-day trial period. These cases will be assessed on an individual basis and are subject to the sole discretion of Waack International LLC. Changes to the Refund Policy
Waack International LLC reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes made to the policy will be communicated to our customers via email and/or through announcements on our website.
